This week in culinary, Mrs. Karavias class harvested limes from our own trees, learned to hold a chef knife, peeled, squeezed and collected juice, made a “solution” by dissolving sugar into water to make a simple sugar, then they mixed it up and served it over ice for a Tangy & Tart Limeade—REFRESHING!
